Wedding DJ Tulum
As a wedding DJ in Tulum we plan the day in blocks: ceremony, cocktail, dinner and the floor. You get a music meeting, a shared do-not-play list and a DJ who has read enough Riviera Maya weddings to know when the party actually starts. Ceremony sound always runs on its own independent system.
Wedding Sound & Lighting
Wedding sound and lighting are quoted together because on this coast they solve the same problems — wind, distance and darkness. We use warm wash lighting that flatters the venue and the photographs, plus discreet speaker placement so nobody is shouting through dinner. Silent generators are available where venue power can't carry the load.
Corporate Event Production
Corporate event production covers brand activations, incentive trips, launches and year-end dinners across Tulum and the Riviera Maya. We work to your run of show, coordinate with the venue and agency, and handle presentation audio, microphones and playback alongside the party. Everything is documented so your team knows exactly what arrives and when.
Private Event DJ
For a private event DJ — villa dinners, birthdays, closing parties — we match the selector to the crowd rather than sending whoever is free. Sets are built for the room, at the volume the neighbours and the venue can live with. Booth, sound and lighting come as one package.
Full Moon Party Production
Full moon party production is our own format and our most technically demanding one. We build on sand with buried subs, a low booth and lighting kept minimal so the ocean stays visible. Tide, wind and sunset time drive the schedule, and the whole night is filmed as part of the production.
Stage Production & Technical Direction
Stage production and technical direction mean one person owns the technical plan from site visit to strike. We produce stage plots, power plans, patch lists and a timed load-in schedule, then run the room on the day. Planners get a single point of contact instead of chasing four vendors.
How We Work
How we work is simple: a call, a site visit or venue review, a written proposal with the technical detail spelled out, then a confirmed crew. Nothing is improvised on the day, and we always carry a weather plan B. Final timings are locked a week before the event.
